The Guest Realty Story
Acting as a vital link between property owners and guest relations, Marianne combines strategic insight with a personal touch. She ensures every owner feels confident and supported, while properties are perfectly positioned to deliver outstanding guest experiences. With her commitment to excellence and passion for building strong partnerships, Marianne plays a pivotal role in Guest Realty’s continued success.
Sanaz’s role within the team is to support our Operations and Property Management team, with onboarding, owner communications and ensuring every property in the portfolio meets the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, maintenance and presentation, & doing whatever it takes “behind the scenes” to ensure our property owners know that we are maximizing the potential of their investment, and, that our guests have a fantastic experience.
Sanaz’s strong communication skills and keen attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the Guest Realty team. British-born, Sanaz is also a qualified fitness / personal trainer/ women’s health & nutrition coach, and can also be tracked down in the gym every day.
Jasmin brings a thoughtful and intuitive approach to her role as Property Manager at Guest Realty.
Originally from Andalucía, the south of Spain, and now proudly based in Sydney, she is a licensed real estate agent with a natural eye for spaces and how they feel
An integral part of the team, Jasmin manages a portfolio of properties with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring property owners feel informed, supported, and confident their investment is in expert hands. Her attention to detail and commitment to communication help maximise both presentation and financial returns.

Eva's extensive knowledge of industry regulations, combined with a sharp eye for detail, ensures that all funds are handled with care, transparency and accuracy. Outside of work, Eva has a passion for traveling the globe, bringing a world of perspective and a personal understanding of what makes this work so special.

Anna looked after my property for 6 weeks while I was away. Anna is very professional and did an excellent job creating a profile with great photos and word content. The property was rented for most of the period and was left in excellent condition. We had thought about renting our place during holidays for quite some time but had concerns and apprehensions: they were all eliminated when Guest Realty took our house on. They guided us through the process, organised the photographer and set the pricing and sourced the guests! It was seamless. We enjoy that they take care of bookings, changing linen and check-in, so we can simply go on holiday and relax while they manage it all! Anna and her team are absolutely gems. Especially Anna, she is more than amazing. I have dealt with many companies in various fields but have never come across with someone like Anna who is always on top of issues immediately.
